Lane Lincecum

Lane Lincecum is a Fine Arts Studio major and Teaching Artist minor set to graduate MCAD in May 2021. Through daily experiments in drawing, printmaking, and cartooning, her work maps the frustrating relationships that make up daily life and personal identity.

Lane is experienced working with children and young adults aged 10-17 as both a summer camp counselor and an assistant teacher for MCAD's Pre-College Summer Session. Her own experiences with difficulty in school inspired her to seek ways of reaching out to trans and gender non-conforming young adults through the arts. She is open to using and inventing new ways of working, teaching, and learning, and is enthusiastic to find and join in working with projects that share similar goals.
